With a sharp eye for design, efficiency, and long-term value, he began developing residential projects — mastering the craft of turning blueprints into homes and ideas into reality. Each project refined his expertise, laying the foundation for something bigger.
Fueled by a drive to innovate and lead, he founded his own commercial construction company — built on integrity, precision, and results. Our Founder
Shivam Patel
Shivam Patel’s foundation in the hospitality industry began at an early age, working alongside his family and learning every aspect of hotel operations — starting from cleaning rooms at his parents’ property in Killeen, Texas. These early experiences built the strong work ethic and attention to detail that continue to define his leadership today.
A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Shivam holds dual degrees in Business Finance and Public Relations. His exposure to family members involved in real estate development naturally fueled his passion for design, construction, and entrepreneurship.
That passion led to the establishment of his own commercial construction company, where he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with precision, transparency, and strategic vision. Under his leadership, the company continues to expand its footprint across multiple markets, specializing in hospitality and commercial developments that reflect both innovation and long-term value.
